Garlands Galore

We're busy busy elves these days setting up loads of houses for Christmas. Our hands hurt this time of year from sprigging so many trees and garlands. Just wanted to share some photos of some of the Christmas installs we've done this season. Enjoy!

Blessings,
LMH

Sorry, this photo is crooked. Tilt your head a bit :)

You can't tell much from this photo, but this is a glittered twine garland. Love it!

Antique tea cups and pots were incorporated with roses into this garland.

Continuing on the updates...

For the past 5 months we've been working closely with our contractor and seamstress on this large renovation for one of our biggest clients. This job included a heavy remodel in the kitchen, along with new draperies, carpet, and reupholstery throughout the bottom level of the home. Enjoy looking!

Blessings,
LMH

Here are a couple before shots....above is our poor seamstress/installer that had to climb 20 ft to remove old drapes and install new! Below is a "during" shot of the remodel of the kitchen.

After

Second Living Area...upholstery and new pillows

I don't know if you can see this carpet, but I loved it! It was a cool green/gray/blue color.

My fave carpet again...

We had custom made slip covers added to the dining room chairs. Love!

Wall sconces from My Favorite Room....we chose this cool woven wallpaper for this powder bath. Our faux finisher painted this stencil on the walls.

Custom made AMAZING chandelier. This was the biggest thing I've ever seen. Can you imagine being the one to install it?!

New upholstery in the formal living room

Here are the drapes our seamstress/installer put in. You can see from the bottom picture how high these ceilings are. I'm taking this photo from the second floor balcony of the home.

Close-ups of the amazing draperies. Talk about some intricate fabric...
