We had the opportunity to continue some work for a great client that we've been working with for almost 2 years. She lives in a fabulous house in Fairview. These pictures are before and after of her guest room. We had so much fun!

Handmade for you...

I love to be creative and make tags, cards, etc. In these photos, you'll see some lampshades where I added a few embellishments. I also made a few tags for you to check out. Come by the store to see them in person!

The shop gets a makeover...

Mom likes to redo the store a lot! Good to have a change, right? She and Marisa are usually the ones behind the masterpiece. They both have a great eye and do a fabulous job. Here are few shots of the "redo".

Outdoor Living

We have a dear client in Lakewood that hired us to do her back patio. We did everything from the tablesetting to actually planting the flowers! We've done several spring/summer projects like this in 2010. It's something fun and different that we enjoy!

Something to call your own...

Here are a few pics of some custom work we've had done for different clients. Judy Hill has done some great new slipcovers, along with the cool burlap/jute bags. We also found a great new monogrammer!

Back at it!

A lot has happened since I last wrote. On May 17, 2010 my son decided to enter this world 6 weeks early, so my time has been a bit occupied! Logan McKinnon Horton (aka "Mac") weighed 4 and a half pounds and lived in the hospital for 2 weeks. He's home now, just trying to get bigger and stronger. And Finley loves her baby brother!

My Favorite Room and KBM Designs have been extremely busy since I've been gone. Mom, April, Marisa and Gigi have stayed busy on appointments and in the store. And Marisa got married on June 19! Here are some random shots of the store.

Later I'll post some pics of a baby boy's nursery that the girls just completed.
